Do you need  to make sense of life's challenges?

Supported, safe and confidential counselling.

Why choose counselling with me?

Life can be demanding and difficult at times. It can feel scary and unpredictable.  This impacts our lives in all areas, be it at home, at work, with family and friends.

You might feel stressed, anxious, depressed, frustrated, alone, sad or just confused at what life is throwing at you. It's good to talk and be heard in a non-judgemental way. To feel free and able to say whatever pops into your head.

I offer a safe place to discover what you want and need in your life. To be the best you can be. There are no musts or pretences.
Our work together will hopefully improve the most important relationship in your life; the one with yourself. Once that is in place, the rest will follow.

"We need boundaries to keep people in our lives, not to cut them out."

About me:

I have over 15 years experience working with people from all walks of life. I am a qualified counsellor, life coach and parenting coach. I love to have different tools and skills to use with my clients as each person is unique and this is what makes my work so interesting. Hearing the different stories and discovering what brought them here.

My previous work includes the NHS at a GP surgery as well as private practise.
I am available online or 'walk and talk' sessions in the East Surrey area.
I also deliver corporate wellbeing and mental health packages. See www.mrtconsultants.co.uk for further information.

Each session is 50 min. Hours are flexible, up for discussion depending on need.

Initial consultation free.
Subsequent sessions charged at £60 for 50 minutes.

I can also work with clients in Swedish, German and Swiss-German. (Yes, that is another language!)
